The historic building exudes character, evident in its impressive architecture and vibrant decor that transports you back in time. Enjoyed a delightful breakfast in the lush garden, surrounded by blooming flowers. The staff were incredibly accommodating and friendly, making our experience even more enjoyable. However, the room felt a bit dim, and the pool area, while charming, lacked heating, which may deter some during cooler evenings.

It was just a perfect match for a quick weekend visit in Zanzibar with fantastic value for money. The room was super comfy, and the plumbing systems were surprisingly good compared to many places in Tanzania. Be cautious of the narrow stairs when walking around.
